You will be able to take advantage of the advanced network connectivity, managed services, and value-added solutions this robust network will enable.
  • Broader services & solutions portfolio: The combination of the companies will expand the business services available to you, with products such as SD-WAN, UCaaS, network security, unified communications, managed services, and cloud connectivity.
What happens with the products/services I had
before the merger closed?

As an existing Windstream or EarthLink customer, nothing changed effective on the day the merger close was announced. You should continue doing business with us as you usually would. Specifically:

  • Your current Windstream and EarthLink products and solutions remain the same.
  • The existing (pre-merger) contact information you have for your Windstream or EarthLink Account Teams, as well as your contacts for Care and Repair and Sales, remain the same.
Will there be future changes to my existing products/services?

During the months after the merger close, as we work to fully integrate our two companies—merging our networks, processes, people, customers and partners—we will stay true to delivering on our promises. As an existing customer, this means:

  • We will contact you proactively about any potential or upcoming changes that may affect you.
  • We will send you periodic updates about how our integration work is progressing overall.
  • You will continue to be our top priority during this transition, and we will deliver a customer-focused experience in all that we do.
Can I purchase new products/services during the merger integration?

Yes, you can purchase new products/services at any time.
